We would like to inform that as of 20 January 2026 Bernard Czajkowski joined the management board of SPIE Polska sp. z o.o., assuming the position of Vice President of the Management Board.
As a result, as of 20 January 2026 the management board of SPIE Polska sp. z o.o. is composed of:
- Łukasz Nowiński - President of the Management Board,
- Bernard Czajkowski - Vice President of the Management Board.
The change in the composition of the company's Management Board is effective as of the date specified in the resolution of the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders and has been disclosed in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register.
We would like to emphasise that all other data of our company, including:

- NIP, REGON, KRS numbers,
- registered office address,
- bank account numbers,
- contact details (e-mail address, telephone numbers),
- terms and conditions of existing cooperation,
remain unchanged.
