We would like to inform you that as of 8 August 2025 there will be a change in the composition of the Management Board of SPIE BTS sp. z o.o.. As of that date, Radosław Buczek has been appointed as a Member of the Board.
This decision is in line with the company's further development strategy. Radosław Buczek has been involved in the electrical industry for more than 25 years, and for more than 10 years he has been the Director of the Electrical Department at SPIE Stangl Technik sp. z o.o.. His extensive experience and technical knowledge provide valuable support to the organisation.
We would also like to inform you that as of 8 August 2025, Michal Turek, former Board Member of SPIE BTS sp. z o.o, will take up a new position related to sales coordination at SPIE BTS sp. z o.o. and SPIE Stangl Technik sp. z o.o.
As a result, the Management Board of SPIE BTS sp. z o. o. as of 8 August 2025 is composed of:
Martin Horák - President of the Board
Radosław Buczek - Member of the Board
