On 28 January 2025, SPIE Polska signed a final purchase agreement for Elektromontaż-Poznań S.A.. It has thus joined the 5 companies offering a wide range of multi-technical services that currently belong to the SPIE Group in Poland, strengthening the Group's execution potential in the BTA (Building Technology Automation) segment in Poland and the Central Europe region.
Elektromontaż-Poznań S.A. is a company founded in 1949, i.e. it has been present on the Polish market for 75 years. It specialises in electrical installation services and low-current, sanitary and HVAC installations. The company is also a manufacturer of MV and LV switchgear. By joining the Group, SPIE will increase its execution potential in the BTA (Building Technology Automation) segment in Poland. The company carries out projects for clients from the industrial, commercial and public administration markets.
The scope of Elektromontaż-Poznań S.A.'s activities. includes:
- Consulting in the field of power, teletechnical and automation systems and installations in order to develop optimal solutions;
- Designing in accordance with customers' expectations to make the system optimal, efficient and safe;
- Delivery, assembly and commissioning under the supervision of highly qualified personnel;
- Guarantee and post-guarantee service to take care of failure-free and safe operation of the completed installations and devices.
Elektromontaż-Poznań S.A. generates revenues of approximately EUR 70 million per year and executes contracts for entities such as Tesla in Berlin, Intel in Gdańsk, Galeria Westfield in Hamburg and Michelin in Olsztyn, among others.
The SPIE Group has been joined by a company with 330 highly qualified employees, whose knowledge and experience are extremely valuable to us. With this transaction, we have complemented our competence in the electro-assembly services segment. In addition, we have increased our execution capacity for a variety of tasks in Poland and Germany and expanded our customer portfolio.
