Evolution of SPIE’s governance

Zawartość

After nearly 23 years at the helm of the Group, Gauthier Louette, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SPIE, has decided not to seek an extension of his term of office, which will end after the Annual General Meeting on 30 April 2026.

During more than two decades at the helm of SPIE, Gauthier Louette has played a key role in transforming the company into a strong pan-European leader in multi-technology services and one of the leading companies involved in the energy transition. Under his leadership, the company achieved its IPO in 2015 and significantly strengthened its market position.

The Board of Directors expressed its deep gratitude for his commitment, leadership and long-term contribution to the Group.

A new governance structure has been adopted following Louette's decision, involving the separation of the roles of Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO. Markus Holzke will take over as CEO of SPIE and Patrick Jeantet will be appointed as non-executive Chairman of the Board. The changes will take effect after the Annual General Meeting on 30 April 2026.

After more than 40 years with SPIE, I will leave the company with profound respect and gratitude for the SPIE employees, their remarkable level of competence and their commitment. I am very glad that the board has unanimously chosen Markus Holzke as CEO, he embodies the values and ambition of SPIE. His outstanding track record and exemplary leadership give me absolute confidence that Markus will bring SPIE to new heights. The Board will be very capably chaired by Parick Jeantet - Gauthier Louette.

We congratulate Gauthier Louette on his many achievements and thank him for his many years of leadership and contributions to SPIE.
