In 2025, the SHARE FOR YOU programme enjoyed record interest among SPIE employees in Poland. 1,224 people, or 39% of those eligible from all 8 Polish companies, decided to purchase shares on preferential terms. This confirms the growing trust of employees in the company and the importance of the programme in building an ownership culture.
The highest participation was recorded by SPIE Energotest (57.9%), SPIE BTS (47.9%) and SPIE Energy Poland S.A. (47.1%), demonstrating the strong commitment of the teams to the different areas of the Group's business. The programme provides employees not only with a financial investment opportunity, but also with a real impact on the company's development and a sense of shared responsibility for its success.
