Investing in the future, supporting young talent. SPIE patronage class at the Gdansk Energy School Complex

Zawartość

SPIE Central Europe begins cooperation with the Energy School Complex in Gdansk. Under the signed agreement, the company will patronise a class in the occupation of Electricity Technician and/or Renewable Energy Equipment and Systems Technician, starting from the school year 2025/2026.

The cooperation will support the development and education of future professionals in the energy sector by bringing students closer to the realities of working in a modern technical industry and introducing practical elements into school education.

As part of SPIE Central Europe's patronage, the selected class will be mentored by a SPIE mentor - an expert who will support the young people with his/her knowledge and experience. Students will be able to undergo apprenticeships, which will allow them, among other things, to develop the necessary skills needed in the labour market. SPIE also envisages the possibility of employing selected graduates of the patronage class in SPIE Group structures in Poland.

During the signing of the agreement, SPIE Central Europe was represented by Paweł Skowroński, CEO of SPIE Central Europe, Katarzyna Polonis, Director of People & Culture SPIE Central Europe, Marcelina Bulczak HR Process Specialist, and the school's Director Agnieszka Musyt-Lewandowska.
