On 30 June 2025, LTEC officially became part of SPIE Poland. The transaction was finalised after all formal requirements had been met, including the approval of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK).
Through this acquisition, SPIE Polska strengthens its position as a leading provider of multi-technical services in Poland and Central Europe, particularly in the area of Building Technology and Automation (BTA). LTEC brings a wealth of experience, expertise and over 75 experts, including many highly qualified engineers, to the Group.
LTEC, headquartered in Piaseczno, has been operating in the market since 2008 and has implemented projects in large-scale facilities ranging from office buildings and hotels to industrial plants and hospitals. In 2024, it achieved revenues of EUR 19 million.
