The SPIE Group has announced a change in the position of managing director of SPIE Central Europe. As of January 2026, the company will be led by Łukasz Nowinski, as successor to Paweł Skowronski.
As of 31 December 2025, Dr Paweł Skowronski will step down as Managing Director of SPIE Central Europe and member of the SPIE Group Executive Committee. Since 2018, he has led the successful development of SPIE's business units in Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Hungary.
With effect from 1 January 2026, Lukasz Nowinski, currently heading SPIE's operations in Poland, will be appointed Managing Director of SPIE Central Europe and join the SPIE Group Executive Committee. Lukasz Nowinski is 49 years old and a graduate of WSB-National Louis University in Poland, where he obtained a master's degree in management and international relations. He served as CEO of Assa Abloy in Poland for more than 5 years before joining SPIE in 2017 following the acquisition of Agis Group, where he had been CEO since 2012. He then led the acquisition team in Central Europe, completing 5 transactions before becoming Managing Director for Poland in 2024.
