The SPIE Central Europe Management Conference took place in Szczyrk from 6 to 8 October. The event was attended by managers from Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary, as well as Markus Holzke, CEO of SPIE, Jérôme Vanhove, CFO of SPIE, and Pablo Ibáñez, Group Development and Operational Support Director.
This year’s meeting was held under the theme Powered by people, emphasising the importance of people for the organisation’s development and success. The skills, commitment and collaboration of teams form the foundation for implementing SPIE’s strategy and building long-term business value.
The conference focused on strategy, leadership and collaboration within SPIE Central Europe. The meeting also provided an opportunity to discuss the challenges and prospects for the development of the region, where SPIE companies combine local expertise with the potential of the international Group.
The conference programme was complemented by joint activities set against the picturesque backdrop of the Silesian Beskids.
Powered by people is not only the conference’s slogan, but also a reminder that SPIE’s business results are driven first and foremost by people – their knowledge, sense of responsibility and daily commitment.
