Record-breaking SPIE results in 2025

Zawartość

In 2025, the SPIE Group achieved record levels of profitability and significant growth in revenues, which exceeded the €10 billion threshold. Germany remains the main driver of growth, with significant support from North West Europe. EBITA increased significantly, reaching a record EBITA margin of 7.6%, while maintaining strong financial discipline. Free cash flow remains at a very high level.

In 2025, SPIE completed 9 bolt-on acquisitions, strengthening its position in strategic markets. 50% of the Group's revenues are now in line with the EU Taxonomy, confirming SPIE's role as a key player in the energy transition in Europe.

For 2026, SPIE anticipates further revenue and EBITA growth, continuing to expand through acquisitions, including the strategic development of industrial services in Germany. The medium-term EBITA margin target has been raised to 8% by 2028.

There will be a change in the Group's management and supervisory structure. Gauthier Louette, who currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SPIE, will not seek reappointment to these positions when his term ends in April. Markus Holzke will take over as CEO of SPIE and Patrick Jeantet will be appointed as non-executive Chairman of the Board.
