SPIE Energotest, operating under the SPIE Group, is organising the 25th jubilee edition of the conference "Electricity Automation in the Era of Transformation". The event, organised on 14-16 May 2025 at the Hotel Belmonte in Krynica-Zdrój, will bring together experts, managers, and practitioners involved in the operation and development of the National Power System.
This year's edition is dedicated to the directions of development of power automation in the context of the challenges of the energy transition, such as decarbonisation, digitisation of control systems and integration of distributed sources.
The event will be attended by representatives of transmission and distribution system operators, energy companies (including from the RES and nuclear sectors), technology suppliers, the energy-intensive industry and the world of science. Participants can look forward to a rich programme of content, prepared under the leadership of the Programme Council chaired by Michał Kaźmierczak, Marketing Director of SPIE Energotest.
The conference has been held under the patronage of, among others, Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne, Towarzystwo Gospodarcze Polskie Elektrownie, Izba Gospodarcza Energetyki i Ochrony Środowiska and ENEA Operator. Honorary patronage is held by the Ministry of Industry.

Notably, the Belmonte Hotel - the venue for this year’s edition - was equipped with modern electrical and telecommunication systems by another SPIE Group company, SPIE BTS. This stands as yet another example of SPIE’s active role in delivering prestigious infrastructure projects in Poland.
During the event, participants will also have the opportunity to learn about the offerings of SPIE BTS, SPIE Energy Poland, and SPIE Elektromontaż Poznań - all part of the Group.
