SPIE Group quarterly information as at March 31st, 2025

In Q1 2025, the SPIE Group achieved revenues of €2,415 million, up 8.5% year-on-year (+2.1% organic growth) and maintaining strong momentum, particularly in the German and Northwest European markets.

In January, the acquisitions of Elektromontaż-Poznań and Corporate Software were completed in the Central Europe region, while on 16 April it was announced that a purchase agreement had been concluded for the LTEC group (approximately €19 million annual revenue), which will strengthen the Group's offering in the Building Technology & Automation sector in Poland.

Projections for 2025 assume total revenues in excess of €10 billion, and a further increase in EBITA margin.
