The SPIE Group reports its results for the first three quarters of 2026

Zawartość

After the first three quarters of 2026, the SPIE Group recorded revenue of €8,043.4 million, up 7.0 per cent on the same period last year. This growth was driven by organic growth (2.3%) and the contribution from acquisitions (4.8%). In the third quarter alone, revenue rose by 13.7 per cent, whilst organic growth stood at 4.7 per cent, compared with 1.2 per cent in the first half of the year. Strong results were recorded in North-West Europe and Germany. Positive momentum was also maintained in the Central Europe region, which includes SPIE Polska. In France, meanwhile, results improved compared with the second quarter.

The Group continues to grow through acquisitions. So far in 2026, seven transactions have been announced, with combined annual revenue of nearly €800 million. Acquisitions completed in 2025 and 2026 increased the Group’s revenue in the first nine months of 2026 by €362 million. These acquisitions enable the Group to expand its range of specialist technical services and strengthen its presence in the German, Central European and French markets.

In September 2026, SPIE issued €500 million in sustainability-linked bonds with a maturity of 5.5 years. The Group also carried out an early redemption of €400 million worth of convertible bonds. Its financial liquidity exceeds €1.5 billion, which provides flexibility in financing further growth and potential acquisitions.

The outlook for 2026 remains unchanged. The Group anticipates further revenue growth, supported by organic growth and further acquisitions, as well as a gradual improvement in the EBITA margin.
