- says Łukasz Nowiński, CEO of SPIE Polska.

LTEC, based in Piaseczno, has been active in the market since 2008. It employs approximately 75 people, including a significant number of highly qualified engineers. In 2024, LTEC reported revenues of €19 million.

Collaboration between teams within the SPIE Group in Poland will enhance our ability to build a competitive edge and deliver high-value services in the rapidly evolving installation market

-says Tomasz Szolc, Vice President of the Management Board from LTEC.

The transaction is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2025, subject to the fulfillment of standard conditions, including approval from the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK).
