The SPIE Group, an independent European provider of multitechnical services in construction, energy and communications, has appointed Marta Stańczak as CEO of SPIE Building Solutions.
Marta Stańczak is a leader with over 20 years of experience in managing complex business structures in the real estate services sector, offices and commercial facilities. She specialises in strategic organisational development, implementation of state-of-the-art facility management solutions, and technical management of buildings with sustainability and innovative technologies, as well as building committed teams. Previously, she served, among others, as President of the Management Board of Sodexo Poland.
At SPIE Building Solutions she will be responsible for further growth, including diversifying the client portfolio and strengthening operational efficiency.
The interim CEO of SPIE Building Solutions, Łukasz Nowiński, is returning to his current responsibilities within the SPIE Group structures in Poland and Central Europe as planned.
