SPIE Stangl Technik sp. z o.o. has started the implementation of technical installations in the modern Upper One office building in the centre of Warsaw. Part of the SPIE Group in Poland, the company is responsible for the comprehensive execution of HVAC, electrical, teletechnical and fire protection systems. All solutions have been designed to meet the highest standards of quality, energy efficiency and user comfort.
Upper One is a modern, 34-storey class A office building with five underground floors. The building will offer approximately 36,000 m² of office space and has been designed to achieve LEED Platinum and WELL certification.
SPIE Stangl Technik is carrying out the heating, cooling and heat recovery, advanced domestic and fire ventilation, plumbing, as well as electrical installations and teletechnical systems. The work is carried out under demanding conditions - the limited site space and the complexity of vertical and horizontal transport logistics require precise planning and specialised solutions, highlighting SPIE's experience and operational prowess.
Upper One will be distinguished by its advanced infrastructure, innovative construction technologies and ambitious sustainability targets.
