We would like to inform you that as of 17 September 2025, there has been a change in the composition of the Board of Directors of SPIE Stangl Technik sp. z o.o.
The following have been appointed to the Board:
- Martin Horak - President of the Board,
- Dariusz Getner - Member of the Board,
Piotr Jasiński - Member of the Board.
Changes in the composition of the Management Board will allow SPIE Stangl Technik to even more dynamically follow the chosen direction of development and build a strong market position.
At the same time, we would like to inform that Jan Kodytek has been dismissed from the position of Board Member.
We would like to thank Jan Kodytek for his commitment and contribution to the development of SPIE Stangl Technik so far. We wish the appointed Board members much success in their new roles.
