SPIE Stangl Technik has completed comprehensive electrical and low-current installations at The Form, a modern office building in the centre of Warsaw. The 46,000 sq ft building was equipped with intelligent management systems, advanced IT infrastructure and modern solutions for the security of people and property.
One of the key elements of the implementation was the electronic access system. It uses both physical and virtual NFC access cards integrated with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. This is one of the first solutions of its kind in Poland, enhancing the comfort of the building and increasing security.
SPIE Stangl Technik was also responsible for the complete medium and low voltage electrical installation, including the central lighting control system, the fire protection system and the security system for people and property. The building was equipped with two independent medium-voltage power supplies with transformers with a total capacity of 4 MVA.
The key technical challenge was the configuration of a large network of car charging stations, together with a system for managing charger power and charging. At The Form, we installed 77 stations ranging from 3.7kW to 22kW. With such a large capacity, totalling on the order of 0.5MW, a building-wide power management system is required. The peak power consumption of the facility, including the car charging installation, is managed by the PMS (Power Management System), which prevents the ordered power from being exceeded

The building has been designed in accordance with the principles of energy transition, and is powered by renewable energy sources, including with the support of a photovoltaic installation. SPIE Stangl Technik was actively involved in the process of obtaining certifications documenting the building's energy efficiency.
The Form has received numerous certifications, including LEED Platinum and SmartScore Platinum. In the process of being verified is WELL Platinum, confirming the high quality of the workspace in terms of occupant health and comfort.
The Form's innovative approach to design and implementation means that the building can be a model for modern architecture and sustainable office construction.
