On 28 January 2025, SPIE Polska signed the final purchase agreement for Elektromontaż-Poznań S.A.. It has thus joined the 5 companies offering a wide range of multi-technical services that currently belong to the SPIE Group in Poland, strengthening the Group's execution potential in the BTA (Building Technology Automation) segment in Poland and the Central Europe region.
